Running the Privileged SOAP/AM Server

Initial Setup

Information Icon This step need only be performed once, after SOAP/AM Server is installed (or reinstalled).

 

Log on to TACL as SUPER.SUPER, then make the SOAP/AM installation subvolume your current subvolume. License the SOAPAMPL library file using FUP.

 

> LOGON SUPER.SUPER

> VOLUME $volume.subvolume

> FUP LICENSE SOAPAMPL

 

Starting the SOAP/AM Privileged Server

Log on as the user you normally use to start SOAP/AM. Run the SOAPAMP program with the SOAPAMPL library:

 

> RUN SOAPAMP / LIB SOAPAMPL, run-options / [ command-line-options ]

 

You can run the SOAPAMP program using the same command-line options as the SOAPAM program. Refer to Starting the SOAP/AM Server for information.
