Certificate Management

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

A signed X.509 digital certificate is required in order for SOAP/AM Server to support secure communications with HTTPS. You can get a certificate from a commercial Certificate Authority (CA) or you can act as your own CA.

The Certificate Management feature enables you to create a certificate request which you can send to a CA for signing. Once you receive your certificate, you can install it. Then you can view, renew or remove the certificate. You can also install the Certificate Authority's intermediate certificate chain.
